Chapter Events
CDT, CCS, CCCA, and CCPR Certification Exam Review classes will be held at Hallmark Building Supplies, 640 Taft St. NE, Minneapolis MN. The classes will be held on four consecutive Tuesdays starting February 20, 2007 and ending on March 13, 2007 from 6 - 9pm each evening. Advanced Certification Exam review sessions schedule is TO BE ARRANGED once CCS/CCCA/CCPR registration is complete. Depending on the number of registrants, past sessions have been conducted on small group format with time and location arranged mutually among the final group of candidates and instructors.
Registrants will be contacted after the February 13 registration deadline has passed with further information. Attendance at scheduled CDT review classes is optional but recommended for candidates in need of general exam information review. Refreshments provided. Cost; CSI Members/Fall 2006 PRM Class Attendees - $20; Non-Members - $40. Bring your PRM, AIA and/or EJCDC Documents and Forms. Ecolab Research and Development Center
Allan L. Schuman Corporate Campus, Eagan, Minnesota
In 2005, Ecolab completed an extensive conversion of an existing 200,000 square foot office facility into a new Research and Development Center providing a variety of advanced laboratory's supporting current and future product lines. Lab environments include Biosafety, analytical (NMR, SEM), a number of environments simulating laundry rooms, kitchens, hotel rooms, hospitals, and pest control 'fly rooms' to name a few. Support systems feature an extensive infrastructure network providing numerous water types and select re-use of existing building systems.
Afternoon tours will be lead by representatives of Ecolab, BWBR Architects, and McGough, followed by a business meeting and dinner at the facility. Representatives of the Owner, Architect and Contractor will also deliver the evening presentation, which will provide the background and insights from all three perspectives.

Institute Events
CSI Certification Program Exams, March 31, 2006. Location for Minneapolis-St. Paul CSI TBA.
The 51st Annual CSI Show & Convention, Baltimore, MD, June 20-22, in the Baltimore Convention Center. The Institute will present more than 120 education sessions covering the Building Information Model, sustainability, legal issues, and other information solutions for the built environment. Most sessions will qualify for continuing education credit.
